Selina has her Master’s in Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University. She also has a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health and currently teaches a women’s self-defense class on the Jefferson University campus. Her theoretical orientation aligns with feminist and existential theory, which she uses to support and validate women survivors of complex trauma. Selina also enjoys smashing the patriarchy and helping empower women with confidence-building exercises.
